Death of a Stapler

Your metal head has a mind of its own When laptop chase rushes to meet deadline, Pointed teeth decide to clump together Jamming the bar with those sharp incisors; My bones whacking the ledge, in high-scale of rage. Braces still grip in clusters .... don’t have time Loosening that clipped mouth, I must dare Slam the base with a hammer without warning, Yet you retaliate by cutting my neat thumb: I'll wreck you in the hazardous bin, darn stapler! It's time for hilarious poetries Contest of Jamie Pan

HAAAA! LOVE IT! =D This is the way it goes almost everyday in my office. This is why I use paper clips instead of staples. :)

Please stop Nette, my tummy muscles are hurting! The next to last line in the last verse absolutely floored me... I got even recently, slammed that little SOB on the floor and of course, there was no replacement so I had to run down to Office Depot and then (see above) - Tim

I have had wars with that tool just like you. Fact is, there are 3 on stock in case my stapler gets out of mood. Entertaining my day with your crisp, engaging poem, Nette. Hah, incisors-- imaginative wordplay! Top-rate!
