Dealing Wit It!
Why did you give me that option to fall in love with you?
Cus now I don’t want to walk away from you
Why did draw me in and break down these walls?
Just to leave me in a pit of your memories
Trying to claw my way out of you
Then you call
Reminding me of what could have been
Taking me there then leaving me
Messing with my mind repeatedly
And now i have to answer to my heart
Comfort each beat as it slowly tears apart
Changing the very essence of my attitude
When I try move onto someone new
Selfishly you keep me close to you
Why do you have me here?
Just let me go
I’ll get over you
Why do you continually haunt my thoughts?
Why are you present at every decision?
What was the point of you?
What have you taught me?
Burdened with your emotional baggage
There's no strength left in me
Just left with half of me
And I guess this is just me
Dealing with it!
