Deal Breaker

Deal Breaker
Our baby son was so very ill, they gave him an hour to live
The medicine we can give him may help him if we give.
There is a problem his teeth aren’t yet through
The medicine might save him, but might ruin his teeth too.
Strong drugs are needed now but the choice is up to you.

So we have to choose between his teeth or his life
That’s the deal you are offering us and him.
Yes but we do have ask you know, its hard, so please don’t give in
Well there is no choice you have given us, its plain as it can be
Just give him the drugs to save his life, his teeth we will wait and see
We can try and fast but remember he still may meet his maker
Well the teeth do not come into it; this is the real deal breaker
Ok we can had to ask, it is required and that’s the deal
There is no choice forget the teeth, it’s the boy that you must heal.

He has had very little trouble and work on his teeth over his 21 years.
