Daybreak

Scarred and unbroken in undisclosed glory As darkness retreats from the white hill The flag stands at half mast The door is sealed Against the black pit below Guarded by the light That none should venture down Such evil kept at bay Stopped from spilling, By the thin bright line. Never to see reality Keeping the void filled With the damned unworthy That we might live In Happiness
