Dawn - a Triolet

As the dawning sun breaks, sounds diverse, and melodic noises invade. Slowly nature awakes: clouds disperse so begins dawn’s morning parade (Triolet format: a,b,c, a,b,c. 6-3-8- 6-3-8)

Seems my reply to your comment, never went through Andrea, so here goes again. You're right with your comment, as it is part of a Tri-Fall format I was working on (still not finished). I've had some mixed up happenings of late. Internet went AWOL and then a change of address and passwords, further confused both the ISP and myself - or so it seemed! It's taken a lot of work to get things back to normal. Add in a few other conflictions such as very bad eyesight, which adds further frustration, and the scenario becomes worse. I'm still trying to get my head around the various paths to take to get comments written and posted, and to find poems written by others. and to browse this site. Gardening - now we have a return to good weather, allows me little time for writing. A litany of excuses if nothing else! Lol! Hope this goes through. Regards. Rhymer aka Denis.

hmmm, this is different from the definition I learned of triolet. It must be a different kind of triolet. I love the last line's image, dawn's morning parade!

You're right Andrea. This is a matter of computer confusion troubles - my end. Something happened and it's not only this piece wrongly identified, but so is the other which is a tri-fall and missing one verse! Grrr!. I have to find a way to erase the last two postings and replace them with the correct poems. Have had many problems with my ISP of late along with my computer too. Even trying to comment on poems of others, is not always working. Thanks for your input. It is much appreciated. Regards. Rhymer aka Denis.
