Dancing

Tonight, I'm dancing I'm dancing with a memory of you. A memory so raw it is just like you were here your hair floating in an imaginary wind and your mouth slightly open as if you were just about to lean down and kiss me. But we are too busy dancing your eyes locked onto mine, your breath warming my cheeks. For tonight we are dancing along the side of the road in our torn jeans for that time you asked if I would dance with you on the side of the road and I said no.
