Daddy's Friend

My daughter, about age three at the time, and I were home alone.
I was just stepping out of the shower when she said to me 
"Look, there's Daddy's friend". I screamed and grabbed for a towel.
I said where? as I saw no one. She pointed up toward the wall, 
And there was a large Gecko. I began laughing hysterically.
She sure got me with that declaration! My husband had told her
That Gecko's were friendly, they eat bugs, and are Daddy's friend!

Watching Voice the other night, blake shelton made mention how a singer sounded like Tiny Tim, and then Kelly Clarkson said "What? How does he look like the guy from Scrooge story?" That really cracked me up!
