Cursed
Overcast her heart hovers in the night
Afflicted with morose melancholy
Under a firmament where stars burn bright
Up there they glow for everyone but her
Each breath is but a curse of monochrome
Whilst his soul is trapped in a kaleidoscope
Each night with zeal she let her heart free roam
Clinging to infinitesimal hope
Closing her eyes launching the same crusade
Trying to intercept the furtive glance
of a shallow moon to secure an aide
a confidante if not an alliance
Humble by day, nonchalance she feigns
With the devotion of ascetic bane
