Cuisine

For an exotic meal I pursued,
Not expecting one that did include,
Some baked tortoise tails
Amongst a plate of snails...
But I think I’ll just stick to fast food.

Yes fast food sounds better. I prefer to eat at home and make what I like even better. Nice one. Have a lot of poems to catch up on but off to my laundry. love phyl

Hey there Kim... you're certainly the odd one out with me. It's the thought of eating snails I suppose. A friend of mine once collected them for a restaurant in Melbourne - catch you soon Kim - Lindsay

Very good, but I'll skip that exotic meal. You folks Down Under have strange tastes! Thanks for stopping by. Would love to attend an opera in your fabulous opera house or take a trek in the Out Back. Best to you. /M

G'day Maurice... kangaroo and emu is about as far as I would go, or maybe a cooked witchetty grub at a pinch. I've never seen the opera house but lived on the edge of the outback for twenty years. Amazing what's on offer to see. Thank you Maurice - Lindsay
