Xenophobia is a one-eyed monster, the fear is so debilitating that home is all the world one needs. But when fear of strangers turns to prejudice against people from other countries, it's time to analyze the problem at its root. When do we stop feeding the hate that's rampant in this world of ours? All long as people think that everyone else should be and think like they do, fear will grow. Good poetry, Line, meaningful and thought-provoking. Bill

I agree....fear is the root of prejudice. I find prejudice and judgment destructive. When did folks become so unkind towards other human beings....seems psychotic at times.

There are some amazing humans but unfortunately they don't seem to be a strong majority. I'm wondering if that's been true since the beginning of time. That's why it's so important to do what we can to tip the scale the right way ~

It’s not hate or xenophobia to stop millions of unvetted illegal aliens from entering a country or deporting them when caught. That’s what every civilised country does…unless you are a bleeding heart liberal who thinks borders are racist and a relic of white colonial rule. That pesky white patriarchy you all so despise. Obama deported 5 million but the media want to hate on Trump for doing the same thing. Pathetic!

Borders and immigration are much bigger political issues than what I was trying to address here ~
