Created In God's Image - Genesis 1: 27
Consider mankind and its creation
the holy scriptures clearly declare
God created man in His image
only a fool disputes this if he dares
The word of God has supreme authority
for God, Himself reveals Himself in the word
only there can one find the true God
any other source is completely aboard
From start to finish God created all
nothing's been made that my Lord didn't make
for God is eternal and always has been
in God's image, He created us for His sake
Man and woman God has created
so to be helpmates for one another
man as the head showing Christ-like love
woman to respect her head as a mother
God is good always to one and all
even in creation make us so unique
in His image but still shaped differently
calling all to come forever to seek
