I braid her hair, time to go to school Long white gown her curls hang. Where'd time go She braids my gray hair. How time passes

A fine juxtaposition of youth and maturity, with tenderness imbedded amidst. Sadness and tenderness comingled! Well done FJ...ab

I like how you used the theme of hair to describe three seasons of mother and daughter growing up together. Effective use of the Tricube form, so few words but so much is conveyed.

Thank you Barbara. Next to each person's profile picture you should see a little envelope, if they have it enabled, and tapping on that should bring you to Soup mail. I will shoot you a message ;)

Thanks for sharing and for participating in my contest. I haven't reached the last stanza yet, but if I keep living, I will get there. Only now I wonder, how old will my daughters be at that time? Sara

I appreciate it Sara thank you. But I'm not so sure you will ever reach that stanza. I have a feeling you're just like the women in my family and keep going right along never needing help!
