COUPLE FUDDLED A once wedded couple, Looking forward to a quiet cuddle, Drank too much wine, Got dizzy did not even dine, As their minds became a complete fuddle!

That would not be a very good honeymoon. Thanks for sharing this one. Sara

The magic in a glass of wine. Is lost when lovers intertwine. The gift of love is all you need. When cupid's arrow plants it's seed.

You are so right Robert. Perhaps we should take into account that they were young and inexperienced. It was harsh lesson to learn on their wedding day, but if that's what it had to be, better sooner than later! Thank-you for your beautiful rhymed comment Robert. Best wishes. jennifer

Hi Arturo, Hopefully as a married couple they will develop more interests in common. At least we hope so! Best wishes, Jennifer.

well, dang, i thought they would end up in bed or something! Good one, and I wanted to thank you for commenting at my mom poem Sorry your mom underwent such a change. I have another friend whose mother became very different after age 60. After that age, I recently had cancer and this changed the way I eat So in that way I am different now. i am a health food fanatic. Sure hope I can work on being more optimistic than I am . We all have things to work on. Just glad my mom did not change on us!!

Hi Andrea, Sorry to hear you're not well, but you have a very positive attitude, and God listens to your prayers. A good diet is essential, glad you are eating healthy. I know in my heart that you will get better! Thank-you for your comment. My mum and I made things right about 3 months before she died. God bless, Jennifer

Way to go, Jennifer. It's cute. Over indulgence is a funny thing to watch. Have you seen people who cross a certain threshold can't stop? It's a bit sad in that case. It usually ends with Chucky.

You're so right Duke - it is sad to watch someone who has had too much to drink to be completely not in control of his or movements and speech. It is however all a matter of choice however, as is everything in life, and the addiction can be overcome. Hopefully this couple are young enough to recognise their mistake! Best regards, Jennifer.

Jennifer, I do like limericks, but this one has a special place in my heart as I see this so much around this time of year. When people make mistakes and lips get too loose due to the be-fuddling.

Hi Caren, someone years ago a friend of mine, wrote me a rhyme - 2 Y's U R, 2 Y's U B, I C U R 2 Y's for me! I thought it was clever, thought I'd share it with you as you always comment so wisely! xoxo, Jennifer
