COUNTLESS STORMS Countless storms, Have I braved, my love, throughout my life, Harsh Violent Unbearable Merciless and even fatal storms, Went I up against But My ground I stood, yielding not to Their fury Thus Victorious out of the battles I emerged Winning the very trophy- The only one worth fighting for- The rainbow of happiness that Only Your soul Emanates! © Demetrios Trifiatis 01 OCTOBER 2013

Yes, Andrea, my poem goes along with your story that I recently read, the difference is you talk of a true story like thousand that have taken place around the world and I, use it as a metaphor to express my devotion to my love! Furthermore, I read your story on the third of October and had posted my poem on the first of the month as you have done the only difference is: Greece is ahead by ten hours from where you live!
