Notes About The Poem

It's a well known fact that a bureaucrat is, by all accounts, a "creature".
 

Count Pat the Aristocrat

Count Pat was a bald aristocrat
Dreamt of becoming a bureaucrat
He loved riddles and red tape
Leaving folks with mouth agape
Cherishing all games of mouse and cat
