Count 'Em !

Sixty of ''em, count them!
Sixty sets of three hundred sixty five.
What happened? Since when?
Goodness gracious sakes alive!

Seems just a little while ago or then around,
I didn't know which end was up!
Some fellow flipped me upside down,
and slapped my then tiny butt!

It was pretty scary that birth,
not so much as a " hello, how are ya?"
Or even, "welcome to earth!"

They shoved me into this aquarium for babies,
or some weird thing like that,
and I was surrounded by white dressed ladies,
I remember one of them called me fat!

Well excuse me! I grew up to be quite handsome..
and now ... now I'm turning back!
Sixty sets of three sixty five on the shelf,
Like the fellow says,..
"If I woulda known I would live this long,
I woulda took better care of myself!

I got a kick out of this one, well done..thanks on Walking Stick, it can be a good friend I agree..but also a tool for defense..I live in the rough part of town..first of the month when hungry drug addicts are looking for a SS check, they have not got mine yet, the cane does help...Happy New Year..Danny
