Corona - How I Hate You
The world has been love with coronavirus,
And you only talk about that,
Like high school girls fretting over the handsome dude.
I never knew this Corona,
And when he came I decidedly broke up
(Eventhough I was never loved).
I don't want to be in love with
Someone who leaves everyone dying,
I don't like any of the cool dudes
Who rise up by bullying.
I'm not the girl to swoon and fall,
Because it's Corona, and I'm not in love with him.
Wherever I go, his name I only hear,
And all wearing masks as if he's impressionable,
But all I know is that everyone he impresses,
With what to me is disgusting,
And to hide from his death stare,
I obliviously follow them in fear, but isn't altogether fear.
