COPLA 83 INVOCATION : This Bad Guy World
How many Hamlets hatch the plot
Or is Shakespeare just doing the thing :
Do the Dead care
Or are they in need of a slot
In the machine to make them sing :
Heard voices dare
Whose engraved voices rise to the ears
When the pierced coins jingle on the board :
Ancestors speak
Or is the printed word ours
Must King Wen’s and son’s come from Lord :
Echoed thoughts meek
