Cooperate
It's doing my head in, really getting me down,
The rules keep changing when they need to,
We should follow the rules to stay safe,
Some dont want to they think it doesnt apply to them,
So stay away I dont want to get ill,
I keep hearing "it's only the flu", "you cant live in fear",
Get on with life stop whinging,
Apparently we who follow are been brainwashed .... what a load of bull,
It's all over social media "I'm doing what I want",
Those that follow the rules will be unlucky and get ill,
Those that flout the rules will more than likely be ok,
It's not right and it's not fair we need to be all ok,
Two new varients have now taken over,
Yet still most dont get it ........ IT KILLS,
This year we get Christmas day that's it,
Thanks to those that flouted the rules or twisted them to suit,
Some dont realise they may have it and pass it on it's as easy as that,
It's been a strange year and not a happy one,
Family, friends, lovers and colleagues lost to covid,
But they still dont learn that mixing could kill,
The rules are not that hard to follow ,
Wash your hands, wear a mask, 2m distance, no going in other homes,
In fact STAY AT HOME it's not a lot to ask
