Constancy of Mind
C-onstancy of mind under duress
H-as shown a vivid view;
O-vercoming the adversity
D-oing all to sadden
Y-ou.
D-o have a constancy of mind,
E-xpress your trust faithfully;
L-oyal obedience and mild temper
O-bliterate the sin that you
S-ee.
S-tay firm and steadfast,
A-lways be brave and strong;
N-ever change for the worse
T-o be in heaven where you belong.
O-ctober nineteenth Thursday, volatile vision is far behind;
S-udden switch is kept from the constancy of mind.
