Confrontation

CONFRONTATION My destiny angrily I Confronted Complaining of the many Obstacles she put On my way, Of all calamities and pains She mercilessly upon Myself inflicted She heard my protests With distain Retorting that the blame Should not be put on her But rather upon me For she had ONCE, Myself, heard to Exclaim: How beautiful life Really CAN BE! ©Demetrios Trifiatis 19 January 2013

I like this, but you think of destiny as a woman. I always thought of destiny as as a man. Was I wrong? Please tell me. Thanks for sharing. Lucilla
