Condemned

nice
house had
christmas trees
and children sounds
asking, “Ma, is it time to come in now?”
oh how we stretched forth here and became grown
voices are still
haunting now
glory
gone
once
favored
domicile
all move in new
what fools destroyed your beauty day by day?
