Condemned

To guard the dreaded secrets of his tomb I bid the smiling stoic stay away this twisted fallacy - this silent womb can know no peace while evil has its way No hope can ever blow against its face fan the smoldering embers of its eyes nor gentle touch its ugliness retrace for even evil whimpers as it dies Forgive the fiend release it to the wind tear out the evil claws that hold you still deny the scars the pain that will not end. I cannot for evil is evil’s will Condemned is he, for I shan’t let him free Condemned am I, for he is part of me ©8/22/2018
