Computer Wait Time By Phone
I'm a resident of the great white north... Canada eh!
My wife has tried to contact its service by phone
She was told the wait time was 45 minutes
Now who has that kind of time to waste
The service either needs more humans on the phones
Or the request should be handled by a computer service
! ! ! ! ! UNACCEPTABLE ! ! ! ! !
Whatever needs to be done to shorten the wait time
