Coming Back Home
C an never get home fast enough whenever I’m away
O nly thoughts of my return will get me through another day
M eanwhile I meander even though my heart’s not in it
I visualize your beauty and I ‘m missing you each minute
N othing can replace you for you are a tour de force
G oing back and forth your moods can change and that of course
B ecomes the part I love ~ never knowing who you'll be
A lways someone different I am loving your transparency
C olours blue enhance your hue ~ agate, sapphire and royal blue
K ids with kites and dogs with balls and folks who disrespect you
H ave seen your strength and anger standing back in awe to view you
O n days like these they hear your roar and see your own white horses
M y love for you I can't contain you reach inside my soul
E ach day I walk beside you ~ the Sea and me ~ my heart you stole
