BRING YOUR HEART SUSTENANCE THROUGH THOUGHTLESS MOTION AND MINDFUL WALKING (BREATHE) LISTEN TO THE SOUND OF NOTHINGNESS AND FORGET WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE, RELEASE IT TO THE MOMENT LIKE A ROLLING PEBBLE ASIDE THE BEACH. BE CONTENT JUST WHERE YOU ARE AND MAKE NO PROMISES OF ACTION. WHEN THE BODY IS RELAXED AND CONTENTED, IT MOVES OF ITS OWN ACCORD AND ACCOMPLISHES SO MUCH MORE. (BREATHE) ALOT TIME FOR RELAXATION, FOR DREAMING, AND FOR CREATING. NO MATTER WHAT ENDEAVORS WAIT FOR YOU, ALWAYS MAKE TIME FOR YOURSELF. LET THE HOUR SLIP AWAY FROM YOU, AS EASILY AS SAND THROUGH YOUR FINGERS. IN THE MIDDLE OF A DISTRACTION THERE IS THE NEED TO CONFIGURE TIME . SILENCE THE CHATTER AND QUIET THE MIND. FEEL THE COMFORT AND RECEIVE THE BREATH. (BREATHE)
