Come Now, Fall

Midst oppressive Summer season “Come now, Fall” is my heart’s yearning With prayer-plight of faith’s lesson Since I trust God’s perfect planning For life pursuits’ vital learning. I thank God* for Summer breeze-blows Reviving spirits for service Prepared for Fall’s stewardship glows Along assured provision-promise Vanquishing gloom of dearth’s crisis. I look forward to as always God’s grace during Fall’s occurrence Toward glad transformation days Geared-up for goodness’ prevalence Brightened with hope’s iridescence.
