Colour-Blind

Isn't it funny that we think in colour but, When it's racial we ’don’t see colour’ and, When it suits you, you ’don’t see colour’ but, When we need a job you can see colour? It's very funny that this world is colourful. What would happen if we all were colour-blind? No more barriers, no more coloured mind? I think one thing we’d all come to find, is life is easier when we’re all colour blind. So quick with the, ’I'm not racist’, Putting effort in all the wrong places, This country’s meant to be colour-blind, But the truth is you’ve all got a coloured mind. Keep screaming ’SHUKRI ABDI!’, thank God at least it's not me. Black power, stand strong, one force. B.L.M, one view, one cause. Breonna Taylor, knock knock, quick check. A George Floyd with your knee on our neck. But it’s cool coz you’ve all got a coloured mind. Just waiting for the day you’ll be colour-blind. #BLM
