Cocooned
Cocooned within
embryo awaits
a moment
of elation
when birth
will release
the offspring
to a new adventure.
Wings enfolded
in prayer like slumber
will yield to
the currents;
aloft
beauty leaves
its gentle impression
upon the air
and the sighted
will breathe in
a moment of
elysian bliss.
