Cloudy Reasons

Dark though inside stars can keep you warm
But like arias— never stepping chase
This solo softens when distance far
For blacking out slowly— memory's sake.
I see you so beautiful in gray.
And I'm gray too— in your bright waxing dust;
Where I riddle away with our cause.
In this dizain, I pull on you near—
Though we sidestep a shadow love,
Falling stars flicker in eyes— my tears.

Paige, The scene is breathtakingly beautiful, with its vibrant colors and awe-inspiring sights. However, there is an underlying sense of sadness and nostalgia that tinges on the air, creating a bittersweet ambiance.

Oh Paige, I love the way you use words. The emotions you portray - "grey," "falling stars flicker in my eyes - my tears" - draw on deeply felt feelings that you eloquently share in your poetry with just a touch of mystery seasoning your words! Well done my friend. Blessings!
