Cloud Darkened Sky

Cloud darkened sky
Nimbus raced above me in flight
Cloud darkened sky
A thunderstorm was drawing nigh
Shadowing the purple twilight
Lightening flashed, giving great fright
Cloud darkened sky

I remember hearing the zap/buzz of the lightning before the thunder...a very strange thing. Maybe there was some induced current making that sound.
