Climbing Trees

I'm watching the children outside

Climbing trees.

They are so high,

They are so fearless.

Yelling like Tarzan.

I am so envious

Of the joy and innocence

That they share

Climbing trees.

When we were young, we were so fearless. I recall a tree swing we had. It was a steep gradient and swung out about 75 feet above the slope on to a main road. But we still used it, wow. Brought back many memories Francine, ty >> James

You can still climb trees, Francine. I do! Don't just watch in envy; give it a shot...but be careful, too. Enjoyed! Love, Carolyn
