Cliches Come To Life

Deep in thought I clear my throat When out pops the frog Sometimes I'm so nervous I about pee in my pants Holy Moses: Here come the ants Adjusting my bonnet I feel a sharp needle Yup, there's the bee I can't hold back any longer And much to my chagrin There go my horses And when I inspect My grandfather clock I find a tic in its tock But one thing I'll never do I'll never anger my wife Because then I'll find out What it is to live a dog's life ~ Just a little silly musing on the vagaries of life (whatever that means)
