Parenting is not an easy task and one can only hope that they do a good job and release those young ones on the world to find their place. We hope for the best for each new generation. Sara

Hello gerald, I like this poem's message of futility through generations in repetition. Especially the stanza that included 'THEY REALISE WHAT A TREADMILL THEY ARE ON THEIR YOUTH AND FREEDOM ARE ALL BUT GONE'. I would change the title to 'C'est la vie' if you were going for the French saying "that's life". But your meaning came through just the same. -Richard
