CHRISTMAS THRILL
‘Twas the night before Christmas and we’re thrilled
That in our reunion we would be filled
With blessings of family-love and cheer
Midst fellowship around those we hold dear.
Caring warmth exceeded blazing bonfire
As no one among us would like to retire
While hearing testimonies of hope’s best
Exuding from hearts’ compassionate zest.
With carol’s reverberating delight
Our praises reigned toward heavenly flight
Feasting upon the treasures of God’s grace*
To share with others along goodness-brace.
Thrilled were we with remarks of gratitude
Propelled by faith and kindness’ fortitude
Indeed experienced always by our pets
Joining us in our glad video vignettes.
*Romans 3:24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus.
