Christmas In Heaven
Cherubims everywhere; saints alleluia sing,
The smoke of fragrant incense fills; bells in rhyme ring;
Emmanuel is in his eternal glory,
What else could be ever a true Christmas story...?
All alive; each one looks like an angel divine,
In the table everlasting with God they dine;
Body, mind soul inhibitions washed away well,
In thought, word, and deed, Yahweh's blessed name they spell...!
Joy and joy alone are their existential norm,
Their physique and psyche have attained newer form;
No manger needed now; nor any balsam fur,
When carols of bliss are endless, why gold and myrrh...?
Father, mother, grandfather, grandmother... each one,
In love facing each other in innocent fun;
Shower their blessings, like white rose petals, on us,
Our earthly existence, each day, is blessed thus...!
What when the lamb himself is with them each minute!
Does there anyone in envy make a flute mute?
Love and love alone like streams of Angel-fall flows,
Each entity there is an entirely fresh rose...!
I await my turn to be there forever soon,
And shine in the grace of Jesus like a full moon;
Seeing the heavenly scene is my wish has been,
Longing for it; though, in dreams, often I have seen...!
