Chocoloveaic

The hot dripping molten chocolate
An ecstasy for lovers and maniac
Could there be a better bait
Or a tastier aphrodisiac
A chocoloveaic dips and sips
This manna from heaven
Licking dewy wet lips
A pleasure pure and pagan
The monk to madness turns
A devout to paganism
When desire for chocolate burns
Into the hearts of simple organism

Tahera, Paula mentioned your poem in her blog. Hope you've seen it. I'm about to make some chocolate chip cookies. After reading your poem, I went out and bought the ingredients. My bad. I should watch that sugar intake but simply can't resist chocolate. Love, Carolyn

I'm not the greatest of chocolate fans, but a little does delight Tahera. My poem Karnataka is about track titles from an album by the band Karnataka. Their album is called "Delicate Flame of Desire" and the nature road was so apt. Have a lovely weekend....:)
