Inviting cheerful nod
son’s action songs praise* God

his gestures of delight
smite grievous spastic blight

midst joyous quirkiness
he shouts love’s preciousness…

My special child’s glad heart
keeps me in peace-rampart.

*Luke 19:37 … Rejoice and praise God with a loud voice for all the mighty works…
