Changing Systems
I'm reading this book called
"Systems Thinking for Social Change"
by David Stroh.
Although this is not his paradigm of systemic choice,
He talks about WinWin strategizing
for optimal outcomes
Rather than WinLose compromises
for suboptimal conservation
of the miserably under-performing status quo.
Future:
A. To strengthen partnerships,
clarify potential cooperative benefits
to both (all) parties.
Past:
B. Revisit OldBusiness issues
caused by both (all) sides,
whether unconsciously or otherwise--
like growing climate pathologies.
Present:
C. Develop bilateral (multilateral) WinWin solutions
to OldBusiness issues
in ways that optimize Future A,
above.
I can see where this might have been useful,
even therapeutic,
to consider before Civil Wars--
Perhaps even back when the U.S. Constitution
was in early democratic draft,
seeking to regenerate
a federated WinWin stage.
Future A:
SlaveOwners,
who always expect to have the first word;
Well,
I might see where a plantation
with cooperative ownership structure
might support a more cooperative management system
So, we could save our whips
for taking out thistles
and our cotton ropes
could return from making nooses
to drying clotheslines.
And, Saturday nights around a campfire
singing gospel
and jazz and blues
and dancing a jig or two
and maybe hearing some multicultural story telling too
might be more fun
than segregated Creation Stories
overpoweringly told
inside achingly empty
stifling Big White Houses.
Slaves--
We bring cultural
spiritual
natural experience
with WinWin tribal ownership structures,
and could revisit them as wiser and healthier
than being your way too personally oppressed ecopolitical property.
We also will support cooperative investment
for advancing mutually natural health
within spiritual wealth
plantation producing ego-
and consuming eco-
therapeutic optimization.
Past B:
SlaveOwners--
Sorry about past violent
capital acquisition history,
Rapacious and inhumane exploitation
predation
Lacking in all proper
unpigified human natural
and spiritual nurturing values.
We couldn't see gratitude
positive integrity attitude
beyond our own plantationed WhiteHouse skin.
Slaves--
In restorative justice fire circles
lie pardon when properly invited
But also reparations,
egohealth outcomes
fed by stone-soup ecotherapies for all parties.
Present C:
Slaves--
See B above,
where ecotherapies include green matriarchal fire circles
of and for cooperative power celebrations,
wondrous sacraments for healing
green and red states
black through white.
Former EnslavementOwners,
who always expect to have the last patriarchal word--
Welcome to our cooperative reforesting EcoSchool
and GreenPlantation Village,
Where we always grow and eat organic
and sometimes vegan,
and never miss a weekend FireCircle
because you never know
what might happen next
when ecofeminists get together
to play with ancient awesome fire-power--
warming systems for WinWin social democratic change.
