Sextant, compass to guide
O'er the briny divide
Through choppy waters glide
Into earth's dark shadows slide
Sailor's moon to chart route
Heavenly beams Luna's clout
Glowing beacon, faithful scout
Illuminating escort from celestial redoubt
Steadfast companion during black night
Hovering over the horizon blushing bright
Rippling Poseidon's tides from lofty height
Refracting sun's rays bestowing residual light
Nexus between earth and sky
