CATS FOR CONGRESS

Are these politicians just talkers?
Some seem like outright mockers!
Why not cats? How divine!
They can balance fine lines.
Either cats or tight-rope walkers!

So true, Jennifer. Why not cats in Congress? Right now, there 's a lot of howling. Purrs + meows are much preferable. A delightful poem. Best wishes, Brian

Funny I read this poem, the neighbors cat has taken to visiting us every afternoon and she jumps straight up on the garden furniture and does a tight walk performance before she jumps into my lap or Hubby's - cats or tight rope walkers would do just fine, but lets hope that the new president of America, will also walk a fine line keeping all happy within and outside of the USA.
