ain't it great? Watching, trying to sense them, thinking maybe we do. Your yard sighting? I'm never sure if it's from the internet or not. I enjoyed this, Sara - content and shape ... CayCay

CayCay, the picture is from the internet. I have had a catbird family nest here over the years and it will sound just like a cat up in the tree and I will start looking to see if I can find that cat. Thanks for the kind review. Sara K

Nature becomes so lively in your poems, dear Sara. You have so much to say about birds. It seems that so many birds congregate around your house. Beautiful poem.

Valsa, I try to put out a little food for them so maybe they will help keep the bugs out of the garden. A mutual friendship plus I just love to see their entertaining ways and beauty. I have had a crow or two to visit this spring and my husband won't like them because they will eat the seeds off the corn and peas as they come through the ground. Thanks for the visit.

Yes, Kim. It is always confusing until I figure it out. To start off I will think a cat is up in the tree even though I don't have a cat I still think it. Sara K

Anne-Lise, it seems so bleak and quiet in winter with only a few bird calls each day, but spring's choir is wonderful. Sara K
