Cat Circus

My spirit’s laughter Pirouettes with glee at the Antics of my cats. Feline acrobats tickle My amygdala…ha…ha!

Had to look up amygdala. At 85 I fear this portion of the brain is lacking. Having owned something like 25 cats over the years, the fear part of the brain is paramount. For sure, cats are a marvelous study that cries to be understood. Love your tanka. Love, daver

Glad you enjoyed it...I read a book awhile back, called, "Tickle Your Amygdala". It seemed as though my cats always did that.

Although having two Cocker Spaniels, I'd so like a Cat, and if I could, a Lynx, they're awesome. Nice poem MLK, prrrr, James :) :)
