Cat

O I am so sad now that she left for up above. Fourteen years is a long time to love a cat, this sweet. A kitty came that fit my hand all fluffy and purring, she loved to cuddle all the long nights. I held her in my arms till her body was stone. And now I go to the place where I buried my beauty. I told my friends- no, no, more cats for this here girl. They say just give it time! Oh, oh my- days are empty, sometimes, I hear her soft meow call, calling for me, in my home tomb silent. Tears, fall fall fall ing like rain on my new kit ty.

Awwwe... losing a beloved pet is so much harder than people credit. They're family! I too love cats! Your shape is so good and send like it'd be challenging to produce so neatly! A wonderful tribute to your kitty. Xoxo

Nicely shaped Constance. I had a dog for 17 years before we had to euthanize her. I did not want any more pets after that, but I also had two young daughters. We've had a dog, several cats, and various other pets since then and I now have 2 bunnies.

James, thank you for the compliment. I know it is hard to lose a pet, we tend to not want to go thru that pain again. But, for me, I could not resist the urge to save another unwanted kitty, and now I have my precious Bella, blessings ~

Such a clever shape to hold a sad little story. I’m sure there’s enough love to go round. Remembering the old and embracing the new. Well written Constance..

Bella is attuned to your sadness, Constance. Animals have more sensitivity that many humans. More is the pity of that, but since she's a rescue, you're helping each other. Shed your tears if it helps you heal. You and Bella need each other. So far, I'm sticking to my thought to never have another kitty or pup.

Lin, thank you so much for the comment, yes, I needed Bella and she needed me, her life had not been very good. But now she is a princess with no worries. I understand how you feel, the pain of losing a pet is so awful ~
