This one is very expressive and inviting. It most definitely gives me a rush as i feel like the lace wrapped around your curves. I want to be the fabric softly caressing every contour. Wow, i am all about this beauty. A favorite for sure!!

Your poetry, Brandy, avoids the pitfall of over-writing like stock piling adjectives. There is a sparse, powerful resonance to each line. In fact, your concluding lines are so evocative in a sensual image of "casual lace." Congratulations! Brian

Lace has often been described as being feminine, sensual and romantic, something which you have certainly applied to this excellent poem, Brandy. The 'rush' can undoubtedly be attributed to both the wearer and the viewer. With subtle insinuations you use 'veiled' imagery to appeal to the readers' imagination. Deserving of a fav . There is something comfortable, yet sensual about lace. (The photo to match my words before, expressed that clearly) I changed photos. Yet, this one is playful in it own way. You are right, Paul. The one wearing lace and the one beholding, feels that overwhelming *Rush* of excitement move through their being. So many vivid images within indeed. So sweet of you to place this in your favorites. Every line is pure Brandy: playful, imaginative, romantic and nuanced. Your writing always has a unique Brandyesque panache, but I am particularly struck by "Visual Vocabulary, *verbs being vocal*."
