Careless regrets  2.

          Desolate these roads of paths untold
          Lingering in hopes regret,
          But sometimes breeds humility 
          And sometimes we lose humanity
          As we await our final step

          Yet we hear the sound of a quiet voice
          Long since born of thee,
          And regretful seems obscurity
          In a time of a minds insanity
          Long before we take our final step
