Capitalism Saves

Men and women go driving, off to their work, some sure think that their boss is a jerk, but for all the stress, at the end of the day they can take pride because capitalism saves. What they most likely forget at the office, is that they give us the goods and the service, without their work all mankind fades away, by their hard efforts, capitalism saves. The pilgrims they tried a socialist path, common pools for goods produced, and all of that, two years later half of them lay in graves, ideals meant nothing, capitalism saved. They turned to ownership, sold off the land, incentivized work for each willing man, production exploded, changing their fate, hard knocks had taught them, capitalism saves. Capitalism saves, yes capitalism saves, don’t take what you want by force, get it through exchange, barter value for value, that’s the only moral way, it’s the truth of humanity: Capitalism saves. Even the Communists came to this truth, in the eighties and nineties, led by the youth, Eastern Europe went and turned to free trade, they’re much richer now, capitalism saves. China itself, though still a tyranny, turned to the market to cut down poverty, even with evil government, it’s fair to say, people are better off, capitalism saves. Young people in college, still so damn naïve, listen to leftovers from the sixties, from career Marxists, all bitter and grey, to proud to admit capitalism saves. But those kids will see it, they’ll learn rather fast, nothing makes us work except earning more cash, it’s part of our nature, and its doesn’t play, work hard and do not quit, capitalism saves Capitalism saves, yes capitalism saves, don’t take what you want by force, get it through exchange, barter value for value, that’s the only moral way, I know one day you will see: Capitalism saves.
