Today will have joy Today will have stress I will be Calm And Relaxed Today with less TV Today with more walking I will be Calm And Relaxed Today without negative politics Today without news I will be Calm And Relaxed Today without comfort food Today with the Word I will be Calm And Relaxed Today without yelling Today with patience for others I will be Calm And Relaxed Bad drivers on the road Can pass me by I will be Calm And Relaxed Quality time with family Quality time with close friends I will be Calm And Relaxed My attitude is so important To achieve the joys in my life That is why I will be Calm And Relaxed Just writing this Has helped me be Calm and Relaxed
