Calling On Jesus

In sunshine bright, and days serene, My heart will lift, a joyful scene. I'll call on Jesus, strong and true, His love and grace, forever new. When shadows fall, and darkness reigns, And sorrow's weight my spirit strains, I'll kneel in dust, with humble plea, And call on Jesus, set me free. When anger's fire begins to rise, And threatens to explode my eyes, I'll call on Jesus, Mighty Lord, To still the storm, and speak his word. For through it all, he's by my side, My constant guide, my strength, my pride. In every moment, good or dire, My faith in Jesus burns like fire. He's always there, a loving hand, To understand, to help me stand. So, I will call, with grateful heart, On Jesus, from the very start.
