How still is our stillness, hermit Is our awareness unbroken Which dormant desires yet orbit Leaving pristine silence shaken Mindful eye observes quietude How still is our stillness, hermit Steely focus and fortitude Propels us towards the summit Judging neither fault nor merit Ceasing to size, we vaporise How still is our stillness, hermit As bliss pulsations within rise Heart glows, when with love we align Far cry if creature of habit Have we merged with the light divine How still is our stillness, hermit 01-July-2021
